Lots of little things

I'm having problems with one server, but there's nothing I can really put my finger on.

For a while I had people unable to view sites on the box from various locations, but I put that down to the fact that I recently moved the accounts to a different server and this was the result of slow DNS.

I have a client who's having mail sent to them that never arrives, mails they sent never get to their destination and there's not an error message to be seen.

Sometimes I can't access sites when I use 'www.domain.com' but I can access with 'domain.com'

Sometimes 'mail.domain.com' doesn't work, but using the IP address does.

Now I have one client who is getting this error when they go their site:

Welcome to the temporary site of:

document.write(parent.frames[1].name); www.their-domain.com etc....

..but it's working fine for me here.

dnsreport.com seems to be a bit flaky at the moment, I can't get any info for any domain I try there.

I'm really not sure what to look at here. In general everything's working fine, but there's definitely something not quite right somewhere.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
