Connecting with MySQL-Front?

I am trying to connect to my MySQL server with MySQL-Front. With my old account this worked perfect but I don't know how to set this up on my new dedicated server.

When I connect to the IP of my server with my cPanel username and Password then I can connect but I don't see any databases. If I try to connect with the username and password of the databases then I can't connect.

I have cPanel and WHM. Can somebody please explain how I can connect with MySQL-Front?
