How to force AXFR DNS Zone transfers between Windows 2000 DNS?

Windows 2000 DNS supports and uses IXFR (Incremental) Zone transfers by default.

But I've got some scripts that mean using AXFR would be much more useful to transfer the DNS zones between two W2k DNS servers.

So I'd like to be able force it to use AXFR (Full) Zone transfers.
But I can't seem to find where or how to set W2k DNS to use AXFR instead of IXFR.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Edit:
Stopping the secondary DNS server, deleting all the zone files, and then restarting the server, does have the desired effect. However, this is not really the solution I'm looking for
