Red Hat Skills Courses - opinions?

Hi.

I'm looking into joining a Red Hat Skills Courses - has anyone done any of these?

Can anyone recommend a course for a red hat dedicated server newbie?

Are they good value for money? (They ain't cheap - 4.5 days 1450UKP!)
