exim +mailscanner problem!

i installed mailscanner with exim on a cpanel box.
whenever i start exim it says [ok]
but shows this in the exim_mainlog :



2003-12-16 13:35:19 exim 4.24 daemon started: pid=30116, -q15m, not listening for SMTP

2003-12-16 13:36:49 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: waiting before trying again

and it never delivers any email in or out.and it shows this in the exim_mainlog too :

2003-12-16 13:27:29 1AWJuo-0007FM-Gd Spool file 1AWJuo-0007FM-Gd-D not found
