Server Backend questions -- VDECK, CPANEL, PLESK

I am wondering where I can get information on the "VDECK" backend control panel that Ipowerweb is moving too.

I am hoping to find licensing information for my new employer, but have been unable to find anything as of yet.

Also any other recomendations about other backends would be wonderful. So far CPanel is the top contender.

Any help would be appreciated.
