Suddenly Connection With Network Is Impossible
My job is being left behind as it is based on the internet from my home.
Now I can not access the internet at all. IE exploer won't contact to the internet. Windows doesn;'t regognise my IP address. Only in Command prompt I can see my WAN IP address.....LED lights of the modem are on, properly, and the connection icon at the task bar shows proper connection.
BUT IN FACT NOTHING WORKS.
Kazaa stoped functioning. It can not connect to the network.
Norton antivirus can not connect for updates.
I contacted my ISP and WAN provider. THey said that the problem is not with them so they can not support me. They tested everything (they said).
I TRIED ALL THE SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE. I RUN NORTON ANTIVIRUS. NOTHING....
The problem appeared suddenly when I was running Norton Antivirus but I am not sure whether this has anything to do with the problem.
**** what can I do? I can pay for support but I can not find any paid qualified person in my area. And it is not sure if someone nows where the problem comes from.
Really need some support here.
It is really a pain. Now I m paying the internet caffe in order to write to you... It sucks....
