Am I using too much memory?

I've noticed a slow down on our server speed in the last four or five days.

One thin I have seen is a high memory use. The load has spiked- although not in the past two days. I cann't think of any high usage accounts that we've put on recently...

That's the load above average. We'd normally expect around 0.30, which is fine. However the memory usage worries me. 8408k of 1GB? Surely that's a sign that we are due a RAM upgrade...either that or *something* is eating up all the memory...if so how do I go about tracking it down?
