ImageMagick... again

I'm having problem installing ImageMagick, I've search all over SM's forum, EV1 forum, nothing worked so far. I finally gave up, so if anyone could help me on this one, I really appreciate that. My box is Celeron 2.4G using RHEL and Cpanel/WHM from SM. The reason I know ImageMagick is not working probably is because My 4images script keeps saying "error creating thumbnails", which works fine in my shared host.

1. First way. I went to WHM - Install Perl Modules - search for image and clicked Image::Magick. After running for a while, there was an error:
mkdir: cannot create directory `/usr/include/magick': File exists. I even when to /usr/include and rm magick, then tried again, still same error.

2. Second way: I follow the instruction at http://www.photopost.com/howtoinstall-php.html . The installation was flawless, but still, 4images didn't work. I tried both 5.3.8 version and the latest 5.5.7 versions.

3. Third way: As root user, I type:
wget ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageM....7-10.i386.rpm
rpm -Uvh ImageMagick-5.5.7-10.i386.rpm

Still didn't work.

I've tried all the paths using whereis convert and whereis mogrify, it showed /usr/local/bin/mogrify and /usr/local/bin/convert, I've tried both, even just usr/local/bin only. Still didn't work. I also tried to uninstall using rpm -e ImageImagick and tried one of the steps above.

I'm out of options now, please give me some more hints. I've searched for 4 hours over EV1 forums, followed all the instructions and nothing worked, so now I'm here, my last hope ImageMagick... again .
