Need advice please :(

Hi I got this two messeges from my server:

WARNING: Kernel Errors Present

and

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: Ignoring httpd.rpmorig, because of .rpmorig ending

So after seen this i went to my WHM and check my server status and Where it says "Server Load" it was flashing red.

What do you guys recomend i should do?
