I really need a pro to answer this :(

Hello, my server crashes every 2 days due to high CPU load, and I was told by support that I have to change my.config to my.huge or my.large, could anyone please explain how I do that? I am new to this so please tell me step by step. Here is the conversation:

14:37:44] Aaron B : It looks like there is an issue with the mysql config. It is however beyond the scope of our support.
[14:38:03] please help : what is wrong with it?
[14:38:44] Aaron B : You may want to try replacing my.conf with my.large or my.huge
[14:39:11] please help : ok so if I were to explain my problem to someone else what would I tell them?
[14:39:37] Aaron B : Tell them to replace my.conf with my.huge or my.large.
