Server IP range changed

Well I rent a dedicated server from managed.com and I got an email saying they've migrated my IP to another. I just noticed that the old IP goes to a not found page and the new one loads up fine (As they said in the email). And all my sites on the server are down also. Here's part what they told me:

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the current routing problem with 69.1.64.0 /19, please be
advised
that your server at *69.1.76.80* will be migrated to *65.75.135.80*
on
Thursday -- 5 February, between 2:00pm --3:00 pm (PST). This task is
expected to be completed within 20 minutes and your login information
will remain the same.

Could anyone tell me what I need to do in order to get my sites up on the new IP?

I changed the nameserver registration on namecheap.com to point to the new IP's and the domains still don't show up. I went back and tried to change the info in WHM again and it still gives the same error:

Sorry, the nameserver ip 69.1.76.80 cannot be removing since it is still registered with an ICANN register.
