unrouteable mail domain problem! When will there be a solution ???

Hello,

One of my clients has a mailing list of 491 clients. When he sent a mail to them, about 300 bounced back !

I checked the mail statistics in WHM and all the bounced e-mails have the following message

example@moomia.com R=fail_remote_domains: unrouteable
mail domain "moomia.com"

Same thing with Hotmail, yahoo etc etc.

Now we have setup in "tweak settings" inside WHM The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited): 100 so I will contact our client and let him know that, but I don't think that has anything to do with the UNROUTEABLE problem.

I tried sending an e-mail from our server to a hotmail account and there was no problem.. So why did that client of ours received 300 bounced mail with the UNROUTEABLE problem ??

I checked the cpanel forum for some help and I found out that this problem is very common with many other users unrouteable mail domain problem! When will there be a solution ???
Is there a way to solve this problem once and for all !? unrouteable mail domain problem! When will there be a solution ???
