loopback, new kernel, Dead End, Please help
Compiling new kernel <2.4.25> was going very fine untill I entered the command: /sbin/mkinitrd /boot/initrd-x.x.x.img x.x.x
I got this message: "All of your loopback devices are in use".
I think it is something to do with the existing runing kernel as I had included loop back in the new kernel!
Any Idea what to do to get out of this problem!
Server is a webserver. Privious kernel was <2.4.23>
