I originally had a reseller account, so I don't have root access to that server. I now have a dedicated server, where I *do* have root access, and I have it mostly ready to go. I'm trying now to figure out the best way to transition sites from the old server to the new, however, almost all the ways I've read so far require either (a) a day or two of downtime or (b) root access to both servers. I have cPanel/WHM on both.
