Extreamly Slow Loading PHP Page
My server suddenly acting very weird. It's extreamly slow loading a php page. It's a vBulletin forum. It used to load quick; but now it load the heading title on IE title bar and the background color; then it stay there forever without loading the content of the page. *** I notice my top shows that the CPU states getting very very low for the user section. Anyone knows what happened?
