cron jobs for backups

Alright guys, I don't know a single frigging thing about cron jobs, so please dumb down your responses for me.

I need to know exactly what I would type in to the Cpanel Cron job manager in order for it to "Generate/Download a Full Backup." of my site + databases and then send an e-mail to an address when done )optional). I see how to schedule them, I just don't know what command I need to run.
