Plesk and DNS Problems

Hello,

I just had plesk installed, with a new format. I am trying to get my ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com to function correctly, so that customers can enter them into the registrar and it will work correctly. Heres whats in my dns zones, I've changed the actual domain to just 'domain.com'. They don't seem to be resolving, but www mail ftp, and other defaults work, but none I added. I am just using the providers nameservers, and they are pointing to my box's main ip.
