Frontpage 2002: Sending forms via email

Hello.

I have created a simple website that uses a feedback form to send via email using frontpage 2002. I have published my website successfully using my own personal PC as a personal web server. I have configured my (WINDOWS XP) personal computer as a PERSONAL WEB SEVER, I have installed all sharepoint team services and frontpage servers extension 2002. I have configured the form properties in the feedback form to point to the email say jennyguillen@bigplanet.com. I've even configured the settings in the virtual server using a valid SMTP server(smtp.bigplanet.com),
email address (jennyguillen@bigplanet.com), etc. But somehow I am having this error :

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log
for more details.

Now when I look at the event log in event viewer, I don't see any errors generated.

I am not sure if my ISP SMTP should be configured properly for both sending and receiving mail."

Because I have checked my email account and the server are as follows:

INCOMING MAIL SERVER(POP3) : mail.bigplanet.com
OUTGOING MAIL SERVER(SMTP) : smtp.bigplanet.com

I am not sure if this is also one of the causes why my form is not sending via email.


Please advise, I really need help to post the web as soon as possible so my friend could view it. This is the only part that it is
hindering me. I would only like to know if my setup was
done correctly so I can successfully post my website to a webhosting server. I am using WINDOWS XP and FRONTPAGE 2002.
