Server failed... MaxClients

My server crashed about an hour ago and I got the following message. I've had a lot more traffic to this server in the past without any issues, so I don't know what happenedthis time.

Apache has reached the MaxClients 
limit.  cPanel has increased the MaxClients limit to 160 (10 higher).

You may wish to suspend the user with the largest access log as they
are generally the person using up all of the avalible connections. However, your should
have your system admin verify this first.

Top 3 Largest access logs

260488 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain2.com
8728 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain1.com-bytes_log
The server was rebooted, but now Imap won't restart, and I get the following
Code: 
imap: [ != ..OK] imap has failed, please contact the sysadmin.
