i can't reboot my server via ssh and whm

Hello , my box is dual xeon , fedora core 1 , kernel 2.6.5 and i dont know why my box got a stranger problem , now i can't reboot a box with ssh and whm , everytime i reboot in ssh or whm , i just got this in /var/log/messages :
authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=0 tty=NODEVssh ruser= rhost=localhost user=root
Anybody have same problem before ?
