Please I need help to Fix "www" problem

One of my Client had a problem. " after upload new file, If you view the web site without www, you will get the latest uploaded files, however if you view with www, the web site will display old files"

I have Check This with my End & working well without any problem .I can't Find Any problem but My client complaint about this. Please tell me how to fix this thing. he is My Good Client I don't want to lost him Please I need help to Fix
