server load woes, please advice

Hi, attached is a copy of top. As you can see, the server load is unbearable server load woes, please advice

The server is a AMD 2400, with 1 gb RAM, hosting just 1 site with 4images gallery.

also, I've seen this:

2080 named 9 0 11808 11M 844 S 1.3 1.2 65:27 named
what could it be that ran for 65 hours?server load woes, please advice
