Avoiding AOL SPAM blocks

In setting up a new server I realized that AOL was blocking email from this IP. I resolved it with them and in the process learned about this:

I signed up my server IPs. Within minutes I got tons of email complaints all from one user who had his default forwarder go to his aol account. When SPAM came, he reported it but it seemed to give our servers and domains bad points. In either case, knowing about this was great, I contacted the client and he has changed his ways. I thought others may benefit from this URL.
