Cant' send e-mails outside the server

hi all,
i just note, afther a server transfer, that neomail and all web based scripts does not send anymore e-mails outside the server. But if i send an e-mail that resides on the server it works.
Is there any bug with the latest release or does anyone know what could be the problem?

i have:
WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.3.0-R5
RedHat 9 - WHM X v3.1.0
