emails not sending

Non of my emails are coming in or out. When i do:

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

i see this

2004-06-07 09:22:46 1BXL00-0006fa-9L == luisstudio@yahoo.com routing defer (-51): retry time not reached

I have mailscanner install if that helps.
