FormMail.pl stopped working

FormMail.pl stopped working for no apparent reason. I have tried everything under the sun from what I read from all forums. Anybody got a clue how to fix this issue?

It's formmail from matts script archive version 1.92 and was working fine yesterday. I made no changes to anything and found out through a customer that it was not working.

I do not get any error message at all, it seems to work but I never get the email.

Upon checking the cpanel mail queue the email is sitting in there and refuses to come to me.
