I'm trying to find out what's an acceptable CPU temperature for a 1U rackmount case. I'm running machines with 2GHz, 2.4Ghz p4 celerons and need to find out what the CPU max temperature should be and what is industry standard for a good operational lifetime. CPU fans I've chosen give me 55-58 degrees. Is this OK? Are there any details anywhere. What about a 2.8GHz P4 Celeron what should I expect there? thanks!
