I have my web hosting servers at servermatrix and some clients from places like the UK, France, New Zealand, Aruba, and Australia sometimes cannot access their domains from the domain name but the server ip/username (temp url) works for them. Apparently when they cant access it through the domain they can go to other websites fine and I have been telling them to contact their ISP but this is pretty common now with a lot of isps from different countries. Anyone else have this problem or know what the heck this is? When they cant access the website they say they can access servermatrix.com so I am not really sure whats going on and why they cannot access my server.
