e-mail problems between servers in the same datacenter
1) i have a dedicated server in a datacenter and i have a reseller account at the server which is located in the same datacenter...
i am having problem when i try to send e-mail from an account of reseller to an account at dedicated server but it is not working..
2) Piping mail at dedicated server with autoresponder (made forwarder at cpanel) for a helpdesk scripting, þt þs working fine and when you send an e-mail to helpdesk@mydomain.com then receive autoresponse but when i use an email rom reseller account then it is not working.. i mean there is not an autoresponder but ticket is openning, another trouble is the message is not going when i reply or close this ticket ...
anyone has an idea what the problem is?
our tech in datacenter couldn't find a solution since yesterday..
