phpsuexec, list of pros and cons

Hey folks,
This may have already been posted if so please just provide me with the link.

My host is planning on upgrading the servers to have phpsuexec. With this announcement was this:

*** PLEASE TAKE THE TIME OVER THE NEXT TWO-THREE WEEKS TO RESEARCH YOUR SCRIPTS AND IF THEY WILL WORK WITH PHPSUEXEC, AND IF THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM, PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION SO WE CAN ASSIST YOU WHEN WE MAKE THIS CHANGE.
So, this is a huge task, what does everyone know about phpsuexec? What scripts work? What scripts don’t work? What are some problems that will occur in general with our sites? Can you help us out with this "research"?
