The Cpanel Key Server said returned 500 Request Denied - [merged]
I was running Linux 7.3 server with ip address as x.x.x.218 with hostname x.y.com.Now recently I checked in the file /etc/ips i didn't find ip address x.x.x.218 in the file.Ips listed are starting from x.x.x.219.So the hostname entry for that ip address .218 is now invalid entry.
But now when I tried to change the hostname(and ip address to .219),it gave me errror that :
Content-type: text/plain Invalid Lisc File
Now I need to get License for new ip address so i tried it by SSH and root as:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
giving error as:
The Cpanel Key Server said returned 500 Request Denied - No license entry found
for your machine (x.x.x219)!
It is giving me problem over sites where I have installed SSL certificate with the old ip address (.218).But as I mentioned i didn't find .218 in /etc/ips i replaced with .219 address, but not yet successfull.
Any help !!!
