I notice a lot of spams come from the adsl lines providers, complaining to them seems fruitless, can I block their entire range of IPs netblocks, do they normally provide smtp services? I am afraid if I block some maybe 1% valid users from their smtp may not get thru. For eg Comcast and Charter do they provide SMTP and what is the IPs?
