uninstalling an rpm

how?

my server eats 300M+ memory just to startup, what i actually use are proftpd, httpd, named, sshd, webmin, crond, sendmail and nothing else, i don't mind sth already installed but turned off as this doesn't consum CPU and memory, below is the my installed services:
