Why can't I send mail from my POP account?

I'm trying to setup a pop mail account in outlook on my dedicated Plesk server. Outlook says everything is setup right. I can send myself an email and I get it just fine. If I try to send an email, however, to xxxx@xxxx.com, it says:

'xxxx@xxxx.com' on 6/24/2004 10:30 PM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Anyone know why? I can send things just fine from my webmail account...
