Default Input Locale W2k
I'm trying to understand why, on w2k server, when the input locale is set to UK English and the Default Settings also has UK English (and US English is removed) I still end up typing in ~ instead of ".
Apparently there is 'no way' of setting the really really proper default input locale after installation. Surely this cannot be true???
Anyone know of a way to set the locale to UK English, without having to rebuild and in a way that will make the machine respond to a blighty keyboard no matter what?
If I hack the registry, will I break it?
