SSL on Forums?
He would like his forums to have some kind of encryption on the traffic that is being transfered between the server and his members.
Is it possible to run vBulletin, phpBB, or InvisionBoard in a secure mode?
Any ideas? suggestions? or is there some other forum out there that can be used?
Would he need to purchase a SSL certifiate or, can he use a shared certificate for this?
I have been searching and can't find much info, or if it can be done.
I told him he can just secure the forums and set it up so he has to approve every member himself. That might be the quick and fast way to get this done.
