maximum accounts?

Hi there, I would like to get a slew of opinions on a recent concern of mine.

My server specs are:

cPanel/WHM
Redhat 9.0
Intel Celeron 2.4GHz
512MB DDRAM
EIDE 7200RPM Hard Drive
Apache 1.3.29

And now the question... What is the maximum number of accounts I should setup on this server without slowing everything down? Keep in mind the Apache/MySQL/etc processes.
