trouble restoring DB
I would appreciate it if anyone could help me here.
I am trying to restore an Invision board DB from another server to mine, so what i did was i created an SQL DB, and gave permissions to a user, i also edited the database to change its name, or else the restoration wont work.
I tried restoring it a couple of times but i do get this error: error on line xxxx max packet limit reached.
I edited /etc/my.cnf and changed the max packets for a mySQL dump, however, i still get the same error.
What could i do to solve this? it is very important.
