Unmount a mount?

Hi it seems I mounted something that I shouldnt have and now I cant seem to get rid of it without deleting the stuff in the folder.

This is what I did.

mount --bind /home/hlds_l/cstrike /home/elitekil/public_html/cstrike

I need to get rid of the cstrike folder in public_html, any ideas?
