Changed IP: Clients Network Is Still Looking for Old one
My host recently changed my IP address.
The problem is, one of my clients domains is still pinging to the old IP... (although the domain is pointing to the new one just fine)...
Why is their network still looking for the OLD ip? They cannot access their site because the old IP is no longer active. It seems the old IP is stored in their cache.
How can they fix this?
Please advise.
