DNS and reseller server on one machine?

I have a pentium 2.4 GHz machine with 3 gigs of ram and four (4) 80 gig IDE drives.

Can I use two drives for reseller accounts and the other two drives for a backup of our other servers?

I would love to have it mirror the other servers so that if one server goes down....the backup server would take over until the downed server came back online.

Is this impossible?

It would be nice to only need this one server instead of having to purchase another one.
