Alternatives to Logcheck/LogSentry, and HostSentry?

I was wondering if anyone knew any reliable and secure alternatives for Logcheck/LogSentry, and HostSentry that can be used on RHE systems.

It seems, either production has stopped or slowed down. Hostsentry can't be downloaded from there, and the latest releases came out last year. I'm looking of similiar tools, but that are more up to date.
