Help!! IIS problem

Hello All,

I am getting 404 error for all my website in IIS5.0. It is working fine and all of a sudden it gave this error. I have installed IIS lock down tool and URL Scan Filter. After that installation sites were coming but all of a sudden it is giving 404 error.

I tried to uninstall URL scan filter by going to the ISAPI filter but nothing seems to happen it is giving the same error.
