weird problems, not sure how to better describe it

Un-marketing.com and workyourlife.com
All three sites are up when i try to view them, yet when he does he can view scottstratten.com, but not the other 2. All three are on the same server.
Any ideas on what this may be?
I had another customer earlier in the week with same circumstance 3 domains could view 1 out of 3. He checked with his ISP and they told him he had corrupt DNS or something like that, they reinstalled something on his PC and everything worked fine. Both of these customers are from Ontario, but use different ISPs.
This cannot be the ISPs faults, 2 people in the same week? Has to be something on my end but I do not know what.
