Server Has Access Issues
I hope someone can help here. I have a server located in the USA in a webfarm (ala The Planet for example)
Until recently all is well, but one of my clients contacted me and said that literlly overnight he could not access ANY of his domains hosted with me . He could on a Saturday, not on a Sunday .
He could access them in work in with a diff ISP but not on his home ISP
I tested them and could access them . Any reports I ran (dnsreport) showed no issues. I suggested that his ISP could be at fault and to contact them about it . He did but no resolution.
Meanwhile I did some testing of my own and found that two other sites could not be accessed by BLOGGER and also NETCRAFT
So I contacted my providor and they could not see any fault but said they will monitor it .
So my dilemma is that I have a number of clients whose sites appear to be not accessible on some ISP's .
Can anyone shed some light on this ? I really need to sort it or move to another providor .
