Anti virus Issues

I am running 2 windows box one with windows2000 server and another one with windows2003 Server.At present I am using QUICKHEAL Anti virus(http://www.quickheal.com) .
But I am facing an issue occasionaly ASP pages stop to work on my boxes.Will you ppl help me to find out the issue is there any fault with anti virus or with something else.
