Two problems with Modernbill - Please Help!
I have two problems with modernbill and they never respond to my tickets. I also posted it on their forums but with no luck.Here is the issue: A client signed up online and everything went great. I then logged into Modernbill and encrypted their credit card. I then verified their info and made them an active account. Their invoice was ready to go so I added it to the batch (sucessfully) then I ran the batch. When I ran the batch it came back as an error. I have not idea what is wrong but for some reason I can't process anything. For your information I am using Authorize.net gateway. Any suggestions?
Also, their domain registration was added to the api queue but when I click run it comes back with an error. For your information I am using eNom gateway. Any suggestions?
