Show me how to block IPs from a country!
I'm looking for a little help here. My partner and I are once again trying to block IPs incoming from China from our site.
We have found the following IP database:
http://www.apnic.net/apnic-bin/ipv4-....pl?country=cn
which should prove quite useful.
Now the thing is, I have no idea how to utilize these numbers and create a function that blocks the IP ranges. I've heard people use .htaccess file, but I am unsure of how to do this.
Could any please provide an example with the IPs from that site?
