Reseller having troubles with subdomain
Today I got a question from a reseller of me. I'll try to be as clear as possible.
He has a domain (domain.be) for his school and students. Every student will have a subdomain (bhvd.domain.be) for their projects. He made each subdomain as a seperate account in WHM (now my List Accounts is filled with his subdomains, anyway)
Now he has some trouble with one specific subdomain.
He uploaded some files and folders into the FTP of the subdomain but they dont show up in xxx.domain.be but they do show up in 123.12.123.12/~xxx/ (where xxx is the username and also the subdomain of the account).
I really got no clue how I can check this out...
Can someone help me on this?
